The team at Love Stoner strives to fulfil your orders promptly, ensuring you receive them as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post as our primary courier service and aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy below for more details.

Delivery Process

As an online store, all in-stock orders received will be processed and shipped the same business day. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 12:30 PM AEST. Orders placed after this cut-off will be shipped the next business day.

Customers can choose between two delivery options at checkout, each with a flat fee:

• Standard Delivery – $12.00 (3–5 business days)

• Express Delivery – $15.00 (1–2 business days)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by delays or public holidays.

Once the order has been processed, customers will receive a tracking number so they can keep track of their order.

Delays and Public Holidays

Orders may experience delays during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and public holidays. Our team will work diligently to ensure your order is shipped as quickly and safely as possible, but we kindly ask that you allow a few extra days for delivery during these periods.

Upon Delivery

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders. If the delivery is unattended, your order will be taken to your local Australia Post collection point, where you will need to present valid ID to collect it.

Australia Post may also contact you via text to select your delivery preference, including the option to ‘leave at a safe place.’ If you choose this option, please note that Love Stoner is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
