At Love Stoner Swim we want you to love your bikini as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, We offer a 15-day return policy that is subject to the terms and conditions below.

Change of Mind Return

We accept change of mind returns for items that are in brand new, resalable condition with the tags and hygene stickers attached. You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your item, and proof of purchase must be provided to our Customer Service Team.

*Brand new, resalable condition means that all packaging is unopened and untampered with. The item must be returned in its original condition, and bikinis must be completely unworn. If the item appears to have been worn, the refund will be rejected.

Customers can choose between store credit or a full refund, less the shipping fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and assessed by our team. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on special order items.

Missing or Faulty Items

Please note that in rare instances, new items may arrive with faults. These occurrences are outside of our team’s control and are undesirable for both parties. However, we will work promptly to resolve the issue and minimise any inconvenience to you.

If you receive an item that appears to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 15 days of delivery. When reaching out, include your order number, a description of the fault, and images showing how the item was received. Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution and/or a return label if necessary.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, customers will be eligible for a replacement or, if unavailable, a similar item of equal value. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive a full refund.
